Our working days in Salu are from Sunday to Thursday. Fridays, Saturdays, and public holidays are non-working days for all employees and our shipping partners.

Exchange Policies

Exchange Policy

At Salu, we do not offer returns, but we do have an exchange policy. You may request an exchange within 2 days of receiving your order.

Exchange Requirements
When returning a product for exchange, ensure that:

  • All accessories and labels are in their proper condition.
  • The product is in its original packaging and the condition in which it was received.
  • The package is factory sealed.

Non-Exchangeable Products
We cannot accept exchanges for:

  • Damaged products (excluding transportation damage).
  • Products that are not in their original packaging.
  • Products that do not include all original accessories.
